“1, 2, 3, 4” is a short dance duet by Intoon Dance. Created for Art Night in London, it was performed again at Shenzhen Fringe Festival, China, in November 2018. Based on simple handshakes and not so simple human encounters, it is devised for open spaces and works best outdoors. As part of the performances, the dancers invite audiences to take their hand and find counterbalance for a couple of steps: 1, 2, 3, 4 … 1, 2, 3, fall!
